2026 MLB Grit: Girls ID Tour

Major League Baseball and USA Baseball will host five stops on the 2026 MLB Grit: Girls ID Tour. Each MLB Grit event is a one-day workout for female baseball players that serves as an opportunity for MLB and USA Baseball staff to identify talent for elite girls baseball development events throughout the year. There is no cost to participate. Note, participation in an MLB Grit event is not required to be eligible to apply for development events such as Trailblazer Series and Elite Development Invitational, nor does participation in an MLB Grit event confirm selection for any such event. 

Eligible Athletes: 

Female baseball players: Class of 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030

Saturday, February 21, 2026: Cincinnati, OH 

•  3:00pm - 6:00pm / Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy - 2026 E Seymour Ave

Sunday, March 1, 2026: Los Angeles, CA

• 10:00am - 1:00pm / Compton Youth Academy - 901 E Artesia Blvd

Saturday, March 8, 2026: Boston, MA

• 10:00am - 1:00pm / TBD

Sunday, March 22, 2026: Chicago, IL

• 12:00pm - 3:00pm / TBD 

Sunday, March 29, 2026: San Francisco, CA

• 10:00pm - 1:00pm / TBD

Travel:
All athletes are responsible for their own transportation to and from the events.
